1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ARTIN products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
- In original packaging (if available)
- Custom insoles may show reasonable wear from trying them β that's expected and won't affect your return eligibility
- Include your order number with the return
3. How to Return
Returning your order is simple:
- Contact us β Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return label β We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
- Ship it back β Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at your nearest postal service
- Get refunded β Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
4. Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your insoles:
- Size exchanges are free β We'll send the new size and a prepaid return label for the original pair
- Design changes β Return the original and place a new order
5. Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5β7 business days after we receive the return
- Original shipping costs are refunded if the return is due to a defect or error on our part
- Return shipping is free within Austria, Germany, and Switzerland
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage.
7. Growth Club Subscriptions
Growth Club subscribers can return individual pairs within the standard 30-day window. To cancel your subscription, visit your account settings.
