ARTIN provides a foot measurement application and custom insole ordering service. Our Service includes:

  • Mobile application for foot measurements
  • Custom insole design tools
  • E-commerce platform for purchasing custom insoles
  • Order tracking and management

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Measurement Data

You understand and agree that:

  • Measurements are provided for informational purposes and custom insole production
  • Accuracy depends on proper usage following our guidelines
  • We are not liable for inaccuracies resulting from improper use

5. Orders and Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Shipping

Custom insoles are manufactured to order. Typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Custom insoles are non-refundable unless defective
  • Report defects within 14 days of delivery
  • We will replace defective products at no additional cost

ARTIN insoles are designed for comfort and performance, not for medical treatment. Our products are not medical devices. If you have foot problems, conditions, or concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
